On-line Donations and Pledges

Thank you for deciding to donate to the University Medical Center of El Paso. As your donation is being made on-line without our assistance or involvement, we ask that you complete your details and the amount of your donation carefully.

Errors in Amount of Donation or Pledge

Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, the donor has 60 days in which to notify the University Medical Center of El Paso of the error. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and directed by email to communications@umcfoundationelpaso.org, by fax at (915) 521-7201 or by mail to Administration, UMC Foundation of El Paso, 1400 Hardaway, El Paso, TX 79903. The request should have the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor, area designated for the donation, form of payment used and invoice number if applicable.

UMC Foundation regrets that it is unable to refund monies for requests detected after sixty days has expired.

Errors by UMCF

Should an error be made by UMC Foundation of El Paso or its financial institution(s), full refund will be made immediately upon notification of the error including any associated transaction costs.
